To allow importing "description" of value set values for Asset location Flexfield through OIC

Description (Required):

There should be an option to import Asset Location Flexfield segment values along with value description via OIC. Currently, "Update Fixed Asset Configuration in Spreadsheet" allows users to import new segment values for Asset Location flexfields but it does not have any field to capture "Description" of new Segment value. Other available options like importing configuration package does not allow automatic import of values as well as value description from Third Party systems
