Not able to submit the sales order after populating project details

Summary:

In Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, when creating a sales order with the correct and properly configured project details, clicking the Submit button results in the following error:
‘A valid business unit that’s configured for the Project Accounting business function must be provided.’
Since the environment was recently upgraded to Release 26A, we are no longer able to submit sales orders that include project details.
