What options does Redwood Benefit Self Service offer - either through personalization or Visual Business Services (VBS) - to help employees confirm that their benefit enrollment has been successfully submitted? Our HR Support team receives many calls from employees during Open Enrollment asking if we received their elections. The current “Enrollment Submitted” message is very small and easy to miss unless employees know to look for it.
