Do we have to associate legal employers to jobs if we do not want to use the additional filter?

Summary
We do not have a need to filter jobs by legal employer, however, after 26A was applied, we discovered that we need to associate legal employers with jobs as a job showed up for one legal employer, but not the one we were using.
