Enable Redwood Extension Configuration for cx-search-bar to Support Help Text or Tooltip

Idea

We would like to request an enhancement to allow limited Redwood Extension configuration for the cx-search-bar component under the scoreboard layout in Visual Builder Studio while in express view for various Redwood: Order Management pages.

Business Reason/Dilemma

Currently, the cx-search-bar is locked on the 'Sales Order Lines' page and does not allow insertion of contextual help text or a tooltip-style information icon at the main structure level of the page. This limitation prevents us from providing basic guidance to end-users about the purpose and intended usage of the search bar.

Business Justification

In the Classic user experience, users searched for items using a dedicated item search to add products to sales order lines. This made the purpose of the search function explicit and aligned with long‑standing user expectations.
