Is there a way to reverse journals with check freeze journal box?

Hello!

User requested to freeze a custom source to avoid the journal to be editable for audit purpose. However, to certain extension, they need to reverse or delete some journals. However, once we freeze the journal source, the Delete button is grey out. Is there a way, after freeze, user still can delete or reverse the journal?
