USOPTE - US_NGTAX_SIT_OVERRIDE Error

Summary:

We are testing USOPTE and during our initial calc with USOPTE turned on we are receiving this error: US_NGTAX_SIT_OVERRIDE

We have three employees with this error.  Two of them have a GA work location but are set up as “Working at home” on their person record with a home address in FL.  The other is a TN employee who lives and works in TN. Both FL and TN are states that do not have an income tax, so there should be no state taxes calculated for these three employees.
