Enterprise HCM Info DFF - Remove required field

Summary:

We are trying to remove the requied "contractor type" from Enterprise HCM Info DFF but its greyed out in VBS. I also dont see this dff in Manage DFF through setup and maintenance. Where can we change this? It only prompts for a value if we make changes to the Global Payroll Element section.
