We are not having the Mass actions on the learning assignment redwood page in 26A

Summary:

Currently we are on 26A and we are implementing Learning. On the learning assignment page we are not getting the possible actions which we were having on the Responsive page of Learning Assignments Like : Creating a mass completion of assignment for learner's, other Mass actions & Delete assignment etc. Is this a default behavior of the system? Or these features will be delivered in future redwood upgrade ?

As we want to bulk load completed courses for learner's, so there is no option to create a assignment with completed status for learner's via learning assignment page. Previously which we used to get in the Responsive UI.
