how to hide secondary assignment of a direct report that has different manager from Compensation Inf

Summary:

Currently, when user navigated to My Team→ Team Activity Center → Select a direct report → Compensation Info → Click on Business Title, the user can see inactive or non-primary assignment that has diffent line manage and their salary details, how to hide these assignment from Business TItle?

We tried to restrict data access, no hope
