Notes in Redwood Receiving Not Showing in Redwood SSP Lifecycle

Hi, when a receipt is created using Redwood Receiving and notes are added, the notes do not print within the corresponding requisitions life cycle.

How do we ensure receipts are pulled through from the receiving transaction to the Requisition Life Cycle, or is this a known issue/bug?
