Redwood Calculation Entries taxwithholding page is blank for the employees

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:We have enabled Redwood for US Taxwithholding screen and could not see tax details sections like Association, Federal and Regional for employees from Admin view.I can see the details for myself from ESS and as a Admin (My Client Groups>Calculation Entries>Search for myself>taxwithholding) but the same does not work when tried to search and check other employees tax withholding details.

We have raised an SR but did not get help to resolve issue yet.Did anyone had this issue and how it was resolved?
