Transaction Fails After Approved Redwood UI

Summary: We have a HR user who submitted a Hire an Employee transaction and the transaction fails after it is fully approved around the two-hour mark. When we log in as the user in our DEV environment, we are able to successfully complete the transaction using the same data. Has anyone else experienced this? The transactions are in Redwood UI on patch 26A where we are experiencing this issue.
