Automate Disposal Reason > Requisition - Filled

Summary:

We would like to see if it's possible to automatically dispose of candidates in a requisition when it's filled to 'More qualified candidate selected' instead of 'The job requisition was filled' as the disposition reason.

When a job requisition is filled, all active candidate applications are moved to the 'Rejected by Employer' state automatically, no matter what phase they are in. Is there a way to change the rejection reason from 'The job requisition was filled' to 'More qualified candidate selected?'

This will help us to determine the real reason why the applicant was moved to 'Rejected by Employer.'
