Can we have the workflow Agent interactive to prompting for additional information

For example: Customer asks for Billto address update,

Step1. Agent determines the intent (Update or create or Other)

Step2: Workflow node validates the user information (Email address or name )

Step3: IF the Step2 info is correct then , would like to ask user to enter the new address.
