Why are Business Terms mandatory in Negotiation Redwood

Summary:

Why are Business Terms (Payment Terms, Shipping Method, and Freight Terms) mandatory in the Redwood Negotiation page while they were optional in the Classic page?

We attempted to make them optional using Visual Builder, but this did not work.

It also doesn’t make sense for these fields to be mandatory. For example, when dealing with expense items, there is no applicable shipping method or freight terms.
