Dynamic Header generation in RTF

Is there a way to create an RTF or Excel template that allows us to dynamically populate the header?

The requirement is to fetch pre‑screening questions and answers for each candidate. Since the number of questions varies across candidates, the client wants the template to display the questions as column headers and the corresponding answers in a single row beneath them. Essentially, each candidate should have exactly one row, with the header adjusting dynamically based on the questions available.
