Is it possible to load the "Prohibit User Self-Approval" settings with the GL workflow spreadsheet?

Does anyone know if we can load the the "Prohibit User Self-Approval" settings at assignee level with the workflow spreadsheet for GL journals?

I have been testing some approval workflows for GL journals on an Oracle demo environment where we still have access to the BPM workflow. I was able to configure the required workflow successfully but only because I had access to BPM. I need to be able to update the "Prohibit User Self-Approval" settings at assignee level.

For a new customer we need the same configuration but we don't have access to BPM for the GL journal workflow. We can only load it with the workflow spreadsheet.
