Scheduling Batch in Cloud EPM Planning application

Summary:

In Cloud EPM Planning, can a user schedule a batch in Reports? We have a bursting definition for a user set up and currently, the Admin team is scheduling the batch for the user. On prem, we had a role that we granted to users to be able to schedule batches but in Cloud EPM Planning, I do not see a similar role for Users. We are thinking about utilizing Rundeck but would like the user to be able to schedule the job directly in planning. Is this possible? We currently do not use Narrative Reporting. Thanks!
