Hi,

We have a requirement to mask National Identifier in the notification email sent to the approver as well as the employee.

We have personalized the out of the box templates (PersonalInformation_DemographicPostReport and PersonalInformation_DemographicReport) and it works fine for existing employees. However, for new hires, we still see their full National Identifier in email sent to employees. Does New hire workflow trigger use different template? If yes, can someone point me to the template?
