Is there an easy way to arrange dimensions in rows?

Summary:

When I'm trying to arrange dimensions in rows in a certain order, I'm always struggling as the Dimension Layout selector doesn't have enough space to drop the dimension into the place where I want it to be.

That's all I have, so if I want to drop a dimension after the default member, it makes it the most time consuming part in the whole report-building process.

Is there any way to do it efficiently, so I'd be able to place the dimensions in the order I want them without spending too much time on this exercise?
