Can anyone lay out the steps followed to setup US Territory - Virgin Islands. With one PSU across US and territories with multiple LRU and TRUs.

This one Legal employer is registered in various US states and Virgin Island too.

I understand a different LRU and TRU are required for US Territories and need to be identified as territory on the TRU but wanted to understand on how will they all tie together with parent PSU, parent Legal Employer and VI LRU (which is ideally the same Legal Employer). Can some one help outline the details here? Steps to do and more on any other setups that are required?
