Agreement licence in oracle Cloud procurement

Summary: Seems using PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_WORKAREA_PRIV is licensed now and is causing huge impact. We have 800+ users who raises PR's and view the agreements and it is going to badly impact.

Any idea how to check Purchase agreements without incurring agreement licence in oracle Cloud procurement. (Reporting will not be a 'Real Time' solution).

We are in Redwood and in Redwood, Agreements are controlled by some profile options- so will that help?
