Measure Expression

Can we create complex expressions for measure like "=IF(K3="NO","NO",IF(K3="YES",((G3*4)-H3),""))", Where K3, G3 etc.. are measures.

We have operators like 'AND' , 'OR' but do not see any operator for 'IF'
