Configuration for Approval to not get triggered to that person for whom the transaction is raised

Summary:

In Job Offer Approval, When a Promotion is made, The Person who is getting promoted appears as approver in approval flow. Tried Prohibit self approval but it didnt work. I have used the below payload attribute. Any quick help will be appreciated
