Enables App Artifact Generation using LcmPackageBuilder capabilities & SyncDimesnion function, with error handling and logging.
Generates a snapshot containing supported artifact types.
Synchronizes metadata based on defined structure and mode, with error handling for each dimension processed.
RTP: Accepts a Json.Package or filename (due to CSVIterator interference, if passing a filename doublequote '"' must be replaced with the Acute Accent '“' (\u201C) and backslack '' with Reverse Solidus Operator '⧵' (\u29F5))


Instructions: Customize the artifact definitions in the respective lists, then run the rule.
Check the generated log for details on the execution and any errors encountered.
