Bulk Creation of PCARD Templates and 90+ Expense Types for each BUs

Summary:

We already implemented PCARD templates for several business units.

We now need to deploy the new PCARD functionality for the remaining 20+ business units. Each PCARD expense template includes more than 90 expense types.

Implementing this manually is not feasible due to the volume and complexity. Could you please advise on the recommended approach—such as ADFDI, FBDI, REST API, or any other supported option—for creating new PCARD templates and uploading all associated 90+ expense types into the Fusion application for all pending business units?
