ScpExternalForecastImportTemplate.xlsm does not have "delete" column

Summary:

Imported some external forecast records and I do see the forecast designators. I wanted to delete them but could not find a delete indicator or flag for deletion in the template "ScpExternalForecastImportTemplate.xlsm"
