As per this post Where does worker name format in calibration come from? — Cloud Customer Connect, the name format in a compensation worksheet is based on List Name defined in the system. My client has the list name format defined as Last name, First name. However, they would like the name format in the compensation worksheet as Known As, Last Name. How can we achieve it?
