Hide Absence Reason based on Work Location
Summary:
We are wanting to track usage of absence plan balances using an Absence Reason. I have three different plans/types I need to tie this reason to. The issue I am running into is when I configure the absence type and make the reason entry required, it is requiring everyone else to have to enter a reason also. I only want people with work location in NY to have the field populated. I am hoping to not have to create new types as the population is not big enough for the effort it will take for new types.
