Why is assignment number populating as the assignment ID in Redwood time card?

Why is assignment number populating as the assignment ID in Redwood time card and not the assignment number? This started recently in the Redwood time card and it's happening sporadically. It's also sporadic for affected employees - it's not happening on all time cards. It's also happening occasionally for the Department Name. How do we fix this? It's causing problems for both employees and administrators, especially for employees with multiple assignments.
