Skill Center No Items to Display

Summary:

Hello,

we just configured enhanced dynamic skills.
We setted up profile options, we configured the person and job profiles and run the processes requested.
The users have only abstract role, we are not using custom one.
Still I can't see anything suggested in skill center.
"No items to display" is the message I see

Can you suggest further profile options/jobs/checks or processes?
