Me, the newcomer to Taleo, again ... quick question.  How can I change  the elements of a pick list?  Specifically, I don't like the choices in  "How did you hear about us?" pick list in application form.  How can I  delete some of those choices (i.e. Monster) and insert my one (i.e. Work  In Sports)?  Any guidance?  Thanks for your assistance!
