USOPTE - Plans on warning or error message for invalid tax withholding calc card?

Hi,
I am aware that in USOPTE if an employee has their tax withholding (for Federal, State or Local) marked as exempt and also has an amount in additional withholding, the system will not honor the additional amount.
In DEV1 we have enabled USOPTE. With USOPTE on, the system lets people create and save the tax card with tax exempt set to Yes and an additional withholding amount entered. I tried multiple variations and all scenarios were saved without an issue.

My question is as follows: Since that is not valid, are there any plans for the system to generate a warning message (or an error) if such a combination is created once USOPTE is turned on?
