Why is the "Suggestions" option not showing on our Check-in?

When looking at suggested topics when creating a Check-in, we are not seeing the AI-driven "suggestions" category, we are only seeing the items available for us to enable on the check-in template: Goals, Feedback, Competencies, and Skills.
