Many organizations build internal business applications using Oracle APEX while using Oracle Integration Cloud to manage integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, SaaS applications, and external APIs.

Currently, integrating Oracle APEX applications with Oracle Integration Cloud requires developers to manually configure REST Data Sources, authentication credentials, and endpoint URLs. While this approach works, it requires additional setup and technical knowledge, especially when working with multiple integrations.
