Order Header status is Showing partially closed even though all lines are closed

Hello,
We have identified several sales orders where the Order Header Status is showing as "Partially Closed", even though all order lines are closed.
We have already run the "Update or Close Sales Orders" ESS job multiple times with all the relevant parameters. Additionally, we verified the data from the backend using queries and confirmed that the Open Flag for all lines is set to "N", indicating that all lines are closed.
Could you please advise on the possible reason for this behavior and the steps required to resolve it?
