Error generating Insight Reports

For the past 2 days I have been unable to access Insight reports.  No  matter what one I pick I generate an exception error.  It says:

"An error occured while viewing the report.  Cannot view report.  Cause: Error happened while running the report".

I filed a trouble ticket, and was told yesterday that it would be  forwarded to the Dev team.  I've heard nothing since.  This is  unacceptable.  I need to be running these reports, and it appears that  nothing is being done.

Are there others experiencing the same issue?
