"Added By" field blank for Prospect activity in Redwood Recruiting

Hello,

We are observing an issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (Redwood pages) where the "Added By" value is not displayed in the candidate activity timeline.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Hiring → Candidate Search.
  2. Select any candidate from the search results.
  3. Click Add to Requisition and select a requisition.
  4. Save the action.
  5. Open the Candidate Profile → Activity → Hiring.

Expected behavior:
The activity should display Prospect Status – Added, along with Added By (Recruiter Name) and the date.

Actual behavior:
The activity shows Prospect Status – Added and the date, but the "Added By" field is blank.

Any guidance on how to investigate and resolve this issue would be appreciated.
