Approved Internal Supplier Profile Change Requests are stuck in pending approval

Hello,

I activated the Internal Profile change request approval (IntProfileChangeRequestApproval) and defined rules to autoapprove supplier type and Alternate name changes and submit for approval all the other changes on supplier profile.

All the changes are stuck in pending approval despite in action details, tasks are completed-approved.

For information, with the same setup in a test environment, the workflow is working as expected.
