Candidate Profile Incorrectly Reflects Employee for Cancelled Work Relationship

A previous candidate who was hired and subsequently withdrawn is still appearing as 'Employee' on the candidate profile. By the time we learned they would not be starting, their Pending Worker record had already converted to Employee, so we cancelled the Employee work relationship which updated their application to a status of HR-Withdrawn. The 'Complete the Recruiting Process' process is scheduled daily, but the candidate profile for this individual still incorrectly reflects them as an Employee.

We have verified with our technical team that there is no Employee record for this person in Core HR anywhere on the back-end, so I'm not sure how we can correct this in ORC. Any ideas?
