We are in the middle of a migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll, and I’m looking for advice from anyone who has handled back‑dated/retro pay during the transition.

Our client is expecting significant back‑dated pay shortly after go‑live and beyond due to the nature of the organisation, which could span across a number of months. In EBS, we would normally rely on RetroPay to calculate the adjustments cleanly. However, because we will already have cut over to Oracle Cloud, we’re assessing the best way to handle retro calculations without compromising data integrity or creating reconciliation issues.
