US Country Ethnicity Lookup dropdown Issue

Summary:

We added custom lookup values in the lookup type "PER_ETHNICITY".

The values added for other countries are appearing in the Ethnicity dropdown in the UI. However, when we create similar lookup values for the US, they are not appearing in the Ethnicity dropdown.

Note: We are currently in the Redwood UI
