How can line mangers access position profiles for their team members?

Summary:

Where can line managers view and edit (if possible) the position profiles for their team members? Is there any feature that supports this? Currently I see that employees can view their own position profiles by clicking on 'Know your role' inside grow, under me. However manager's access to the position profiles of their team members is still missing.
