Ability to export invoice lines under shipping and handling tab of manage invoices

Summary:

Ability to export invoice lines under shipping and handling tab of manage invoices without having to click edit from actions under invoices. This requires to provide an additional security on invoices with edit access which we dont want to give to all the users for obvious reasons. Can you please suggest a solution to this wherein user can access and import line information directly from invoices for both item lines and freight lines.Thanks
