Not able to search the submitted Internal service request from Agent access (Help Desk Request)

2. Trying to search for the submitted request from the step 1 in the Help Desk Requests page (No Records)
From the setup perspective, I have assigned the employee as a resource, provided Help Agent, Manager and Admin roles, and enabled the required setup in the Configure Adaptive Search
