Not able to search the submitted Internal service request from Agent access (Help Desk Request)

Summary:

Based on the reference link below, I have completed the maintenance work request configuration.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  1. Created the Internal Request (My Help Page)

2. Trying to search for the submitted request from the step 1 in the Help Desk Requests page (No Records)

From the setup perspective, I have assigned the employee as a resource, provided Help Agent, Manager and Admin roles, and enabled the required setup in the Configure Adaptive Search
