Issues in Evaluate Group Membership process

Evaluate Group Membership is not working for existing timecards.

We have scheduled the evaluate group membership process for incremental updates; however, this process does not refresh existing time cards with recent changes.
For example, in the Employment page, there is a Telework field with values of Yes/No. When we update this field to "Yes" for a specific employee, the Time Type should automatically reflect the Telework type in employee Time Card. However, it does not update accordingly, and as a result, we need to run the process for the selected group or delete and refresh the time cards by updating the HCM Group.
