Fast Formula to Pull Base Rate for Non-Productive Hours from UKG Time Integration

Summary:

We are currently integrating time from UKG into Oracle Payroll and have a scenario where non-productive hours (such as training, meetings, etc.) should be paid at the employee’s base rate only, excluding any certification or premium pay for a specific group of workers.

The time data is coming from UKG and loaded into Oracle via our integration. We are trying to determine the best approach to retrieve the assignment base rate within a Fast Formula so that these hours calculate correctly.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution where:

  • Time is received from UKG (or another 3rd-party time system)
