Confirm Receipts Notification - Receive in Full Functionality

Summary:

When a requester selects "Receive in Full" from the confirm receipts notification, but does not create the receipt, will the requester receive another notification for the same order to confirm receipt if the scheduled job is performed again?

Will we need to wait a week (default) for the notification to expire before the notification is resent?
