No inactive people are displayed in the Benefits activity center

Good afternoon, everyone.

I'm trying to access the Benefits Activity Center to find the benefits information for an inactive employee, but I can't see the inactive employees, even when using a reference date when the employee was active.

Is there a setting or search view activation I need to do?
